To join ATE Donor's community, it is necessary to truly and completely fill in the application form online and pay in funds on our bank account. In case of any questions, feel free to contact us at info@ate.sk.

Choose the desired pack:

• Single - adult - 18 years old and older
• Family 3 - two parents and a child + each additional child
• Family 2 - single parent and a child + each additional child
• Limited edition - adult with activation code
• Extension of validity of Donor's card

How much to donate?

The amount of the funds is voluntary, but there are following minimum limits for one calendar year:

1. Single person over 18 years old minimum 15 €.
2. Family with one child 33 €, each additional child up to 18 years old 5 €.
3. Adult person with a child 18 €, each additional child up to 18 years old 5 €.
